self-operated raft to see swirling
sands, ever-changing shapes, and
preserved depths where large
brown trout swim
Ore Dock
Traditional methods and premium
ingredients shape every beer we
craft. Our ales focus on balance and
drinkability, offering a sensory
experience with each sip. While we
honor the time-tested standards of
classic styles, we also enjoy infusing
our own creativity. Beer is our
passion, and we're dedicated to
making every brew an effortless and
enjoyable experience.
Soo Locks
Freighter watching is exciting,
seeing massive ships up close as
they pass through the Soo Locks in
Sault Ste. Marie is a must-see UP
experience. The Poe Lock, the
largest on the St. Lawrence
Seaway, connects Lake Superior
and Lake Huron, enabling ships to
travel the 2,332 miles between
Duluth, Minnesota, and the Atlantic
Ocean in seven days.
Copper Harbor
Nestled in a natural harbor along the
shore of Lake Superior, the world's
largest freshwater sea, and beneath
the shadow of Brockway Mountain,
Copper Harbor offers a
quintessential Pure Michigan
experience. Its picturesque setting
features some of the oldest exposed
rock in the world, rivaled only by the
Grand Canyon.
Lake Michigan
Lake Michigan is the second-largest
by volume and depth and the third-
largest by surface area. Connected
to Lake Huron via the Straits of
Mackinac, the two share the same
surface elevation and are considered
a single hydrological lake, making
them the world's largest freshwater
lake by area.
Mackinac Island
Mackinac Island, nestled in Lake
Huron, is car-free and known for its
horse-drawn carriages and bicycle
bells. The island is home to
Mackinac Island State Park, Fort
Mackinac, and the Richard and Jane
Manoogian Mackinac Art Museum.
Lake Superior
Lake Superior, the largest
freshwater lake in the world by
surface area and the third-largest
by volume, contains 10% of the
planet's surface fresh water.
Situated in central North America,
it is the northernmost and
westernmost of the Great Lakes
Charley’s RV Resort Campground is the perfect place to stay for exploring the endless attractions of Michigan’s Upper Peninsula.

Blackrocks
In 2010, amid industry downsizing,
David and Andy turned their
basement hobby into a thriving
nano-brewery. Surprised by local
enthusiasm for craft beer, they built
a strong team and now operate
Blackrocks from its original pub and
a larger production system in
Marquette, guided by a commitment
to quality and fun.
Tahquamenon Falls
This State Park has 48,000 acres,

Falls alongside 13 inland lakes, 24

for hiking, snowmobiling,
snowshoeing, and skiing. The falls
actually consist of several distinct
cascades.

Peninsula, offering a perfect blend of

and Copper Harbor, Ontonagon
County serves as the ideal gateway

Mountains and the surrounding
